What's making me happy today - besides the lovely sunny weather and the fact that we're having a family picnic tonight at
Granville Island - is that I redid
that Stash Trad block, and it turned out really nicely (and the right size). Tutorial for making it is
here.
Crown of Thorns Block - 15½" unfinished
I'm all about the simple pleasures.
Have a lovely weekend!

ReplyDeleteI'm also jealous of your weather! It's going to be 90 here today... My only Seattle summer was a bit cool for my tastes, but this heat is killing my running! :P
Enjoy the sun, we are too! Love your block.

Beautiful block, sunny weather, and family. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteI'm sure the second block is all the sweeter after the oops! Looks lovely. We all manage that kind of thing - and probably more often than we'd like (or that might just be me :-)
