I'm Queen Bee for the month of May in my Stash Trad Bee. We make traditional blocks using our own stash rather than sending out our fabric for the others to sew with - a Bee option I have come to realize that I vastly prefer.
Stash Trad has been very fun so far and now it's my turn. Yes, I'm aware that it's still April but like I've said, I've managed to get myself involved with an entire bee full of over-achievers so I don't want to be the weak link!
I hemmed and hawed about what to choose, but ended up with something I think will look fabulously bright and scrappy when the quilt is all done up.
It's four 6" churn dash blocks put together into one 12" (finished) block. I asked for two fabrics per churn dash, and that there be some variation in backgrounds - you can see one churn dash has the lighter-value fabric as the background, and others have the darker-value fabric as the background.
I'm really excited to see what everyone does with this block.
