WIP Wednesday

Oh my goodness do I have a lot of WIPs on the go!

MADE MAJOR PROGRESS ON...

My doll quilt for DQS10. Here's where I've gotten so far:
DQS10

Only two more blocks to go! The violet one for the bottom left-hand corner - I'm having some trouble finding just the right fabric for this block. My purple stash is sorely lacking. The middle block is a surprise that I'm saving til the quilt's done and I post the final photo.

MADE SOME PROGRESS ON...

My That Girl...That Quilt along. Got another row and a bit done.
QAL blocks
(repeat photo from my last post - sorry!)

MADE ABSOLUTELY NO PROGRESS ON....

The New Wave Quilt and the Confetti quilt (formerly machine cover).

ON DECK (aka Works In My Mind/WIMMs)...

Memory quilt for BFF's daughter (fabrics pulled, pattern chosen), Quilt Hope In quilt, etc.

Sorry for the rather boring post; I just wanted to get that organized for myself.

Linking up to Lee's for WIP Wednesday.

  8. I really like your TGTQ idea of using different colors for each row. May have to do another one with that in mind (assuming I ever get my first on quilted and bound).

  11. I love the doll blocks. I'm going to be trying more doll sized quilts. there are so many patterns and fabric combinations I want to try. Doing doll quilts sounds like a great way to get it out of my system. Plus I've got a little girl. I'm sure she'll find a use for them.

Thanks for the comment on my post. I love pink and I tend to not let myself buy pink fabric for fear of getting totally out of hand. I've been a bit too clamped down if I couldn't come up with enough pink out of my stash for a doll quilt. Clearly, I need to buy more pink fabric. ;)

I *love* comments, and I try to respond to every one by email (but I can't if you're a no-reply blogger!). So go on, don't be shy - leave one to let me know you've stopped by!
