Confetti Quilt Progress

The Dad visit is going nicely. G is having tons of fun bossing Papa John around. I'm particularly happy to see the sun after the rainy days - including HAIL!! the other day. As anticipated, I'm making progress on the hand quilting of the Confetti Quilt. I've been putting all those great threads to good use:

The stitch length could be more even, but I kind of like the wonkiness; it kind of matches the slight wonk of the fabric bits I'm using.

    hey! The sun shone for two days in a row! But rain again tonight :(
    Ah well, your quilt is looking gorgeous - it brightens me up just looking at it - I love all the hand quilting, it's perfect.

    The hand stitching makes this just gorgeous. We had lots of sun this weekend and I overindulged so am inside today nursing a wicked sun burn.
