Sometimes I don't listen to myself.
I had some time today when everyone in the house except me was napping. So what's a girl to do? Read quietly? Nope (though I do have a fantastic book on the go). Sew down a binding by hand (though I do have one that needs it)? Nope. Start cutting a new project?
Yep.
You know what is a PERFECT bithday gift for someone whose birthday is in July and who lives in a city where the summer temperatures are usually over 100 with like 150 billion percent humidity? Why, a quilt, of course!
Oh, well. At least it doesn't have batting. He can use it in the winter.
